Our loyal customers have been asking about the future of ValuSesh. So we feel it's time to provide an update about what’s coming in November.
The TLDR right up front: ValuSesh will slowly cease operations over the coming months. It will be rocky. And kind of painful. But we will be here with you right up to the very end.
Note for our brethren in California: You have through the end of June to order from ValuSesh per state law. Use CALIBYE to take an extra 5% off your order.
The longer version:
We in the hemp industry are preparing for this chapter to end. The industry has been reeling for months from last year’s Federal bill that suddenly restricted allowable levels of THC in hemp-derived products like ours. The conclusion? We have until the second week of November to remain in operation (unless we put out candy that wouldn’t affect a mouse).
What does that mean for ValuSesh?
Our family is sad to see this project go – it has been so fun and rewarding compared to other adventures in life. But because we love it so much, we will not be jumping ship so abruptly, as you may see other companies do. We’re doing everything we can to remain in supply up until our final day of sales, Nov. 11.
However some things may change between now and then. Some products will disappear indefinitely from the shelves as we go along. You may see items removed from your subscription list. Our HHC and D8 products are already gone, along with a few flavors of Rabbit Hole gummies.
Over the summer we will also begin to sell candies in bulk by weight as we stack and divvy up the final stockpiles. Not unlike some prelude to the apocalypse.
What can you do? Buy extra. Or take advantage of any bulk options, especially Rabbit Hole Nights if you need them to sleep (another round is due in a week or two). Do not take anything for granted; store candies in a cool, dry, dark place where they can live longer and provide relief even as we go into the next winter. Seems like it could be a long one.
We love all of our loyal customers and really appreciate your letting us live out our dream as a family edibles company. We hope to bring back ValuSesh in the future (should the laws allow) – but for now, we plan to carry on until November, or whenever the powers that be shut us down.
