Shipping Policy

Shipping is always free over $50!

We do not, however, ship all products to everyone.

Some states aren't so keen about ValuSesh gummies (well, moreso, the Delta 8 and Delta 9 THC in them). Although our products are completely legal and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, each state has potential restrictions governing the sale of hemp products.

We cannot currently send Delta-8 to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.

We cannot send Delta-9 products to: Georgia Idaho, North Dakota, Mississippi, and Virginia.

We cannot send THCA products to: Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Rhode Island.

We cannot send HHC products to: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.

We cannot send ANYTHING SMOKEABLE to: Hawaii.

We cannot send Delta 9 *Concentrates* to: Kansas.

We cannot send ANY products to ANY military bases.

Although we do our best to keep tabs on each state's changing laws and regulations, you should always double-check your local laws before purchasing and consuming ValuSesh products.

ValuSesh is not responsible for delayed packages once shipped, nor are we able to access or change an order once shipped. If your package appears to have become lost during shipment, please contact us.

We can send replacements for lost shipments if claimed within 60 days of shipment date. After 60 days has passed, we are unable to accommodate for lost shipments. Claims cannot be filed until 15 days have passed since shipment. We appreciate your patience.

Returns free for 30 days for unopened products. Contact us for shipping label. Once received, refunds will appear on the payment account used within 1-3 business days.

Why do we send USPS? We know the Post Office isn't the fastest, but we've found packages often get smashed or go missing more often with UPS, and FedEx just plain refuses to ship any hemp products, period.
